Today, we’re diving into this whimsical LGBTQIA+ Chapel Elopement-styled shoot. This was at The Coolidge Chapel that we attended back in July of 2022. It is quite literally on of the hottest days of the year that day and I just remember all of us absolutely sweating our butts off haha. The vibrant colors of all the decor definitely take the cake for some of my favorite elopement color schemes. Plus Lyndsey and Sydney were the perfect couple and really brought this shoot to life with their love for each other. A big thank you to the hosts and also all of the amazing vendors who participated.

Love comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors, and we’re here to celebrate that diversity, It’s our specialty. Lindsey and Sydney are literally the CUTEST and SWEETEST couple I’ve ever met and they are absolute rockstars. Their love for each other was infectious. You couldn’t help but smile when you looked at them. They were so easy to photograph and we loved working with them. I think that I see wedding bells in their future very soon. Who knows maybe they will pull some inspiration from this shoot!

Embracing Colorful Decor

Let’s talk about how OBSESSED we were with the decor and florals from this styled shoot! I loved that this shoot broke free off the traditional wedding vibes and dove head-first into bright colors and fun textures you don’t usually see. Cassandra Marie Events killed it with the unique and vibrant florals, and the stationary was perfection by the lovely Tailored Events. The sky is the limit when you decide to let go of the traditional wedding themes and do what you dream of. Here’s to even more colorful weddings in 2023!!
