I’ve never quite felt like I belonged fully in either category. I’m not a traditional documentary wedding photographer - I’m drawn to detail, composition, and light that feels intentional. But at the same time, I’m not fully an editorial wedding photographer - I care too much about honesty, and letting people live in the moment without interruption. What I’ve built instead is something in between. It’s quiet direction when needed, and full trust when it’s not. It’s art, but it’s real life first.
