We recently had the absolute pleasure of shooting a film branding session for Unique Melody Events, a fabulous planning team based in Worcester, MA, serving all of New England. Let me set the scene: it was a team dinner to celebrate new additions to the squad and bring together a stellar lineup of vendors. Oh, and did I mention it was all captured on film? Yvonne, the incredible mastermind behind Unique Melody Events, had a vision for the night – an immersive film experience (with a sprinkle of digital, for backup).

Connecting with Unique Melody Events

A little over a year ago, Yvonne and I connected to connect, if you catch my drift. But seriously, we hit it off right from the start. As fellow lovers of supporting minority-owned businesses, we knew we were kindred spirits. And let me tell you, we’re hoping for many more collaborations in the future! The Unique Melody Team offers event coordination, event consultations, and full event planning as they specialize in building dream events from the ground up. The Team Dinner On Super 8

Get ready because we can’t wait to share the film we created for Unique Melody Events, our love for Super 8 films goes beyond weddings and we have been incorporating more and more Super 8 into our branding sessions. Featured below are the Super 8 films we created that highlight some behind-the-scenes moments and all the authentic, candid moments that we captured throughout the night. Javi and I believe Super 8 is the best way to bring moments to life in a way that’s both nostalgic and modern, using the vintage charm of Motion Picture film to create a one-of-a-kind visual experience. Highlighting The Incredible Vendors

During the branding session, we got to work with some incredible vendors who made the event even more special. Haus of Art, Drinkn’ about it Mobile Bar, Chef Stephen Coe, Petal & Wren Floral Design, PEAK rentals, Nice Film Club, and Negativeland were some of the fantastic vendors we worked with. Each of these vendors brought something unique to the table and made the event truly unforgettable.

Drinkin’ About It Mobile Bar made super yummy cocktails for the night that were also gorgeous. Cyline, the owner, restored a 1980s horse trailer into her now mobile bar but she also does events in spaces like this! Cyline’s bar provides a fun, unique backdrop. That’s a one of a kind experience for you and your guests. They also source the freshest ingredients, house made syrups and quality products to create a personalized bar menu that is the perfect fit for your event.

Petal and Wren created show-stopping florals for the dinner party, from table arrangements to larger floral displays that draped the stair railings perfectly. Jamila and her team serve New England, Cape Cod, and beyond while flowering the most intimate of events, to corporate and large galas, and have had the honor of fworking on over 200 events since 2017!

Chef Stephen Coe catered and made the most incredible dishes that were to die for. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Stephen is actually a nationally recognized and award-winning chef, best known for his victory against celebrity chef Bobby Flay in “Chopped: Beat Bobby Flay” on the Food Network. How freaking cool is that?! His food brought this dinner party to a new level!

Now, let’s talk about Stephanie, the venue owner, with a heart of gold. Not only does she curate an extraordinary space, but she also runs her very own nail and jewelry businesses right there in the venue. Talk about a multi-talented soul! We were in awe of Stephanie’s dedication and passion, and it was an absolute joy capturing her in action. Haus Of Studio is the perfect venue for intimate dinner parties like this one to bridal or baby showers. With a fun girly feel like space helps create the perfect backdrop for any event you may be planning.
