please allow me to bring you all up to speed really quick

Nick and Swastina already got married at Cambridge City Hall in 2019 but due to covid… their wedding ceremony was canceled and delayed repeatedly. Quite frankly they had no interest in having any kind of ceremony or anything traditional about a wedding for that matter. They just wanted to be surrounded by the people they loved with good food, booze, music, games, and lots of dancing. Sounds like my kind of people.

Nick’s mom put together all the flower arrangements from Trader Joe’s, hand-painted each of the cards on the tables, and created the most stunning seating chart I’ve ever seen. This woman deserves a gold star.

In my first meeting with Nick and Swastina they told me about their love of food trucks and how they were planning to have one for their wedding. Jamaica Mi Hungry is hands down some of the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. They are black-owned and local to the Jamaica Plain area.
